CNC Machining Materials

We machine more than 30 engineering-grade plastic and metal materials. There are limitations on the thicknesses of some available materials and consequently not every part can be made in every material. Your interactive ProtoQuote will present the material options available for your parts. If you require a material that is not on the list, please let us know and we will review your request.

We also turn parts in all grades of aluminum and steel shown in the table below. The maximum diameter for turned parts is 2.95 in. (74.9mm).
