Rob Bodor
Robert Bodor is President and Chief Executive Officer at Protolabs, the world’s leading provider of digital manufacturing services. Bodor previously held roles as the company’s Vice President and General Manager of the Americas, Chief Technology Officer, and Director of Business Development. He’s also held leadership roles at Honeywell and McKinsey & Company, and has been on the executive team of two early-stage software companies. Bodor holds B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in Engineering and Computer Science.

Mike Kenison
Mike Kenison is VP & GM of the Americas at Protolabs, a technology-enabled digital manufacturer. Prior to his current position, Kenison led various teams at the company including VP of Manufacturing, a role he held since 2013. Before his tenure at Protolabs, Kenison served in several leadership roles within the industry including VP of Manufacturing at Cardiac Science (formerly Survivalink)—a top medical device provider of defibrillator technology.
Rob Young
Rob Young is the Sr. Global Product Leader for injection molding at Protolabs. Young has more than a decade of experience in digital manufacturing and specializes in on-demand production and supply chain optimization. Prior to his current role, Young led marketing for Protolabs’ IM division, as well as holding leadership roles in engineering and sales. He came to Protolabs after working with early-stage startups at the Ina Mae Rude Entrepreneur Center and Center for Innovation Tech Incubator in Grand Forks, ND. Young holds a B.B.A. in Entrepreneurship from the University of North Dakota.
Mike Adams
Mike Adams has been an applications engineer at Protolabs since 2016. He specializes in CNC machining and injection molding, including insert molding and overmolding. Adams has designed plastic parts and molds for more than 30 years with experience that includes rotational molding, blowmolding, thermoforming, extrusion, and long-fiber composite pultrusion. He has expertise in additive manufacturing and with various materials, such as high-performance thermoplastics and sheet metal.
Eric Utley
Eric Utley has more than 16 years of experience in rapid prototyping and additive manufacturing. His focus is on stereolithography, selective laser sintering, and direct metal laser sintering technologies, and he provides guidance to engineers on designing for manufacturability. Utley regularly consults with product development professionals from a range of industries including medical, consumer products, aerospace, and automotive. He earned a bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University.

Chloe Vollaro
Chloe Vollaro is an applications engineer at Protolabs with more than five years of experience in additive manufacturing. She specializes in metal 3D printing and selective laser sintering with a focus on using additive for production-grade parts. Chloe has a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Connecticut.
Dan Snetselaar
Dan has been with Protolabs for almost a decade, initially joining the additive manufacturing team. Through that, he was introduced to the company’s service lineup and CNC machining was expanding. With his father being an engineer and a builder, Dan has always gravitated towards Protolabs’ technical aspects, specifically the automated machining process. He started as a business development representative, then a technical skills training leader, which was the catalyst to become a subject matter expert in machining. Today, he is a product leader for machining.
James Annis
James Annis is an Engineering Technician who has filled many roles at Protolabs’ sheet metal from estimating, to leadership, to continuous improvement and engineering. Annis has studied and documented sheet metal capabilities and serves many resource groups within Sheet Metal to help understand and expand our offer.
