Cz112 also known as naval brass is an alloy consisting of both copper and tin. The gold material is weather and corrosion resistant with tensile strength like mild steel. It is also an easy to machine material, so feed rates can remain high and coolant need is minimal. Brass CZ112, contains between 59.5 and 63.5 percent copper, and 1.0 and 1.5 per cent tin.
