TPU Injection Moulding Services

Moulded TPU parts exhibit excellent abrasion resistance and flexibility

What is TPU?

Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) is a flexible thermoplastic material that offers abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, impact strength, and overall toughness.

Our injection moulding service offers two grades of TPU:

  • Pearlthane 11T85 is polyester based TPU, supplied in form of translucent, colourless pellets, offering adequate hardness, excellent mechanical properties and easy processing. Ideally used for injection moulding. When processed by injection moulding, it can be used for making shoe soles, screens, automotive parts, etc.
  • Pearlthane 11T95P is a polycaprolactone copolyester-based thermoplastic polyurethane. Featuring the combination of hardness with excellent mechanical properties.
