What is Accura 60?
Accura 60 is ideal for parts with fine details that require translucence and high stiffness. Custom finishing is required to achieve functional clarity. It has a high tensile strength and modulus, making it ideal for prototyping parts similar to molded polycarbonate. PC-Like Translucent is an ideal material for polycarbonate-like parts when thermal properties are not required.
Applications
PC-Like Translucent is often used for prototyping electronic housings, medical devices, and lighting components.
Tolerances
For well-designed parts, tolerances in the X/Y dimension of ±0.002 in. (0.05mm) for the first inch plus ±0.001 in./in., and Z-dimension tolerances of ±0.005 in. (0.127mm) for the first inch plus ±0.001 in./in. (0.001mm/mm), can typically be achieved. Note that tolerances may change depending on part geometry.
