Customer-Supplied Material
If you would like to supply material to manufacture your injection molded parts, please complete the form below and upload the two required documents. We will follow up to provide shipping information and a material ID number once we’ve processed your information. If a liquid silicone rubber material is being supplied, please note that we only accept material packaged in 20 oz. cartridges, 32 oz. cartridges, or 5 gallon pails.

Please do not ship material until you have been contacted from Protolabs with the material ID.
Any material shipment to Protolabs MUST meet these requirements:
- Correct resin identification number that matches the description of the resin you are sending.
- Your Company Name
- Freight must be pre-paid. No collect shipments will be allowed.
- If you are having material drop-shipped directly to Protolabs, your vendor must comply with all shipping requirements. Please make sure they are aware.
- It is our policy not to store unused material after 12 months, at which time this material will either be returned to you or disposed of at your expense.
