Partnering on Breakthrough Production-Grade Components

Nature’s Toolbox partnered with Protolabs to accelerate development of their NTxscribe system—a breakthrough desktop platform that produces RNA at scale. Working together, our teams used 3D printing to move rapidly from prototype to production, printing intricate bioreactor components and outer housings in less than a year.

Protolabs provided fast iteration through SLA prototyping and transitioned to production-ready SLS parts in durable PA12 White. The result is a fully functional, production-grade system that’s transforming how RNA-based treatments are developed and manufactured.

Quality Control and Documentation

To achieve consistent, high-quality parts, we use documented work standards and procedures. In-process quality checks ensure each unique geometry is compliant during manufacturing.

Once complete, your parts are visually inspected, and an AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) sampling plan is used for dimensional measurement and inspection.
