PA 12 Value

A sustainable and strong material choice for functional and prototype parts.

What is PA 12 Value?

PA 12 Value is a sustainable and highly cost-effective material made from recycled powder. PA 12 Value offers high impact and temperature resistance, plus stability under a wide range of environmental conditions and near isotropic mechanical properties making it a great choice for functional and prototype parts.

Applications

PA 12 Value is often used to build housings, enclosures, and fixtures, and can work well for snap fits and hinges.

Tolerances

For well-designed parts, tolerances of ±0.010 in. plus ±0.0015 in. for each additional inch can typically be achieved.

Key Product Benefits

  • Near isotropic mechanical properties
  • Has great chemical resistance and ideal for functional parts and prototypes
